Payment and Refund Policy

Our approach
Most of what Dr. Doug Reflects offers is free and always will be. When a paid program or service is offered, it is an invitation, never an obligation. This policy explains how payments and refunds work so there are no surprises.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars on each program or service page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Any sales tax or VAT required where you live may be added at checkout.
Payment plans
Some offerings, such as the 4D Personal Portrait, can be paid in instalments, for example two monthly payments. The number, amount, and timing of the payments are shown clearly before you pay. If you receive a refund under this policy, any remaining instalments are cancelled.
Access and delivery
You will receive a confirmation email right away after your purchase.
Programs. Access details arrive by email within 24 hours. Programs such as A Quiet Return: A 21 Day Journey Home are delivered digitally, through daily emails or an online space. You are welcome to move through them at your own pace.
Personal Portraits. Doug sets up your assessment in your name and emails you the link from [email protected], usually within 48 hours. Your Portrait usually arrives within 48 hours of finishing the assessment. Where a conversation is included, you choose a time from Doug's calendar once you have your Portrait.
If an email does not arrive, please check your spam or promotions folder and then write to [email protected].
Refunds
Programs. If a program does not feel right for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why. After 14 days, program purchases are generally not refundable, since the full program has been made available to you.
Personal Portraits. If your Portrait does not describe you, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund it in full.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If something difficult has happened outside these windows, please write to us anyway. We will listen.
Recurring payments
If we offer a program with recurring payments, the amount and billing schedule will be clearly shown before you pay. You may cancel at any time, and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Price changes
Prices may change over time. A change will never affect a purchase you have already made.
Payment concerns
If you see a charge you do not recognize or something seems wrong, please write to us before contacting your bank. Most concerns can be settled quickly and kindly by talking directly.
