These terms describe how you may use https://drdougreflects.com and the reflections, programs, services, and resources offered by Doug Gulbrandsen Inc. under the name Dr. Doug Reflects: A Quiet Return. By using the site, joining a program, or ordering a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this work is, and what it is not

Dr. Doug Reflects offers reflective and spiritual content meant to invite rest, awareness, and remembering. It is offered by a guide and fellow traveler, not an authority.

This work is not medical care, psychological treatment, therapy, counseling, or pastoral care, and it does not replace any of these. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a prescription. Please take what serves you and leave what does not, and seek qualified professional support for any health or mental health concern.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area right away.

Personal Portraits and conversations

The 4D Personal Portrait is a reflective, personally written interpretation of an assessment. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, or hiring assessment, and it should not be used as one. Doug is a PeopleKeys Certified Behavioral Consultant. Dr. Doug Reflects is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PeopleKeys, and the Portrait is not a substitute for PeopleKeys' own validated assessments.

Where a service includes a conversation, it takes place on Zoom and may be recorded so the recording can be sent to you. The recording is for your personal use. Your Portrait is yours to keep for your own reflection.

Your use of the content

The writing, videos, images, voice recordings, journaling prompts, Portraits, and program materials on this site belong to Doug Gulbrandsen Inc. and are protected by copyright.

You are welcome to:

• Read, watch, and reflect with the content for your own personal use
• Share our posts using the share features of social platforms, or link to our pages
• Quote a short passage with credit to Dr. Doug Reflects

Please do not copy, resell, republish, or use the content to create your own programs or products without written permission.

Programs, services, and purchases

Paid programs and services, such as journaling programs, A Quiet Return: A 21 Day Journey Home, and the 4D Personal Portrait, are for the personal use of the person they were purchased for. Please do not share your access or materials with others. All purchases are covered by our Payment Policy.

What you share with us

When you comment, write to us, or share a reflection, you keep ownership of your words. You give us permission to read and respond to them. We will not publish anything you share privately without asking you first.

In shared spaces, such as comments, we ask that you speak with the same gentleness this work hopes to offer. We may remove comments that are hateful, harassing, shaming, or promotional, and we may limit access for anyone who repeatedly causes harm.

Other platforms and links

Our work also lives on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Substack. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outside websites we link to.
